Job Description

Position: IT Business Senior Analyst
Level: Assistant Manager

Open for Filipino Nationals with Good English Skills

  1. Location: Pasig
  2. Work setup: Hybrid (1-2 days On-site, the rest will be WFH)
  3. Shift schedule: 8am to 5pm
  4. Is it fixed weekend off (Y/N)Yes
  5. Basic salary: 120k max

  • The IT Business Senior Analyst serves as a crucial link between business needs and the technology solutions, helping to create and implement innovative solutions for complex business challenges.
  • He/She has exceptional analytical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • The Business Analyst plays a key role in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements to support decision-making and drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Industrial or Management Engineering, IT, Communication, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in roles related to IT business analysis, change management, CX, and/or communications.
