POSITION SNAPSHOT

Location: Bangkok

Business Unit/Division: IT

Full-time

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in accounting, finance, computer science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a Function, with 4-5 years of proven experience in leading digital transformation/ Business/IT projects
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

  • Supports Business Relationship Manager/ IT streams to decrease the complexity of collaboration between the Business and IT.
  • Act as the principal contact for the Function Leadership team and IT stakeholders throughout the products and services lifecycle.
  • Create (multi-) functional roadmaps and oversee deployments, sustain, and elimination of functional legacy solutions.
  • Accountable for demand management processes within IT streams.
  • Facilitate transparent communication and issue resolution, triggering escalation processes when required.
  • Work closely with the Finance Leadership team to define the Joint Technology Roadmap, inclusive of Legacy and Global Solutions.
  • Ensure service delivery to the function, including meeting SLAs for sustain services.
  • Focus on ensuring that the IT organization "does the right things" through strategy and governance, as well as "does things right" through organizational and operational model transformation and continuous improvement.

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in accounting, finance, computer science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a Function, with 4-5 years of proven experience in leading digital transformation/ Business/IT projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in a product-based IT organization.
  • Operational experience in Finance verticals like Group Accounting & Reporting, Management Accounting, Treasury & Taxation, Copiloting, Internal Audit, Internal Control, Costing is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
