The IT Business Partner serves as the strategic relationship owner, primary point of contact, and IT planning lead for assigned Finance, Payroll, and Corporate business stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global, and transformational environment and enjoys connecting business priorities with practical, value-driven technology solutions.
Working closely with the SAP Finance team and broader IT organization, the IT Business Partner ensures business priorities, process improvement opportunities, and technology needs are translated into actionable IT roadmaps and delivery plans. The role is responsible for the intake, assessment, prioritization, implementation, and value realization of technology initiatives across Trinseo's Finance and Corporate application landscape, including Treasury, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Internal Audit, Internal Controls, and Payroll.
The successful candidate will bring functional familiarity with SAP Finance processes and related technologies such as Concur, BlackLine, ONESOURCE, IT2, and Power BI. They will be outcome-oriented, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and capable of leveraging AI technologies as productivity and insight enablers.
The role works closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external solution providers to define requirements, align technology capabilities with business objectives, support delivery and adoption, and drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and user experience.
This will be a hybrid position in Wayne, PA with one day per week in office
