McArthurGlen Group, Europe’s leading owner, developer and manager of designer outlets, was founded in Europe in 1993 and currently manages 20+ designer outlets in 8 countries.
You will act as the key link between our Centres and Group IT, building strong relationships with Centre Managers, Facilities Managers and operational teams. Through regular engagement, you will ensure technology priorities align with business needs while supporting our wider IT strategy.
Working closely with stakeholders, you will identify operational challenges and opportunities, helping to shape secure, scalable and cost-effective technology solutions. You will also manage competing priorities, maintain clear roadmaps and support the successful delivery of both local and Group initiatives.
Lastly, you'll collaborate across Infrastructure, Solutions and Service teams, simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and drive the adoption of technology that enhances operational performance and user experience.
