Job Description

The IT Business Partner acts as a strategic bridge between business teams and IT, ensuring that technology capabilities effectively support business objectives. This role requires strong communication skills, a flexible and agile mindset, interest in emerging technologies such as AI, and the ability to work confidently in a global, matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary IT contact for assigned business functions, deeply understanding their strategies, priorities, and operational needs
  • Partner with business leaders to identify, shape, and deliver IT solutions that create measurable business value
  • Translate business requirements into IT initiatives and coordinate execution with regional and global IT teams
  • Proactively research and evaluate new technology trends, including AI-driven so
  • lutions, automation, and digital transformation opportunities
  • Support global and regional IT programs, including system implementations, enhancements, and process optimization
  • Actively participate in and, when required, lead English-based global meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
  • Ensure IT solutions align with global IT standards, cybersecurity requirements, and healthcare compliance regulations
  • Track project progress, risks, and outcomes to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT Business Partnering, business-facing IT roles, or IT project coordination
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an agile, curious, and flexible mindset
  • Demonstrated interest in AI, data, or emerging digital technologies, with the ability to understand their potential business applications
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written), capable of effective collaboration with global teams and senior stakeholders
  • Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environment

Plus / Nice to Have

  • Hands-on exposure or project experience related to AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, or analytics platforms
  • Experience supporting or partnering with large-scale enterprise after-sales / customer service organizations, such as service operations, call centers, field service, or technical support teams
  • Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP), CRM, Service Management platforms, or digital service tools
  • Understanding of global IT governance, data privacy, and compliance frameworks
