Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Partner that will lead Enterprise technology initiatives and align with business objectives and requirements. The IT Business Partner is a key personnel member responsible for effective delivery of quality IT services to ST Engineering business entities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in IT management and possess additional expertise in AI-driven solutions and low-code platforms, such as OutSystems Workbench, Copilot Agents, Google Agentspace, or Dataiku. This role requires strong leadership, technical proficiency, and the ability to drive digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Leadership & Strategy

• • Support the IT Business Partner head in planning and executing IT strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring system reliability, security, and compliance.

Stakeholder Engagement

• • Act as a liaison between IT and business units to identify technology needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams on AI and low-code tools.

Project Management

• • Lead or assist in managing IT projects from initiation to delivery, review project requests from business units, and monitor execution of projects to ensure they are completed within agreed targets (budget, scope and schedule)

AI & Low-Code Implementation

• • Design and implement AI-powered solutions using AI Agents: Copilot Agents, Google Agentspace, Outsystems Workbench or Dataiku.

Governance & Compliance

• • Ensure adherence to IT governance, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT management roles and experience working in an IT shared services organisation
• Experience in digital transformation, process automation, IT internal audits, BCM, etc. Preferred.
• Good working knowledge of IT infrastructure and security systems, web/portal application development, and/or SAP Enterprise Resource Planning system and processes
• Experience with Copilot Agents, Google Agentspace, Outsystems Workbench, or Dataiku would be added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of AI concepts and practical application (certification is a plus but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and ITIL framework.
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
