The Impact you will have in this role:

The IT FinSight Delivery department primarily supports the delivery of financial risk busing & Observability across Information Technology. The Business Management Associate will support the BMO Lead and IT FinSight Delivery department leadership to coordinate demand & supply balancing, facilitate project & roadmap updates across the portfolio working closely with the department leadership.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT FinSight Delivery financial data, automate reporting, and build dashboards for insights.
  • Implement KPIs and reporting to ensure transparency and support decisions on demand, SOW, budget, forecast, spend, open requisitions, and conversions.
  • Assist with leadership initiatives, meetings, agendas, objectives, and facilitate onsite/offsite events.
  • Promote continuous improvement and produce process documentation as needed.
  • Assist in cost management and analysis, considering the complexity of IT expenses and accountability layers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, calculations, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques; experience with macros and automation is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability to format, organize, and present information in a professional and executiveready manner; strong attention to detail is required.
  • Analytical mindset & ability to join multiple data sets and create summarized cohesive, consumable view.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize as well as able to pivot and be flexible when priorities change.
  • Foundational project management capabilities include tracking risks/dependencies, process governance, and stakeholder management across multiple levels.
