IT Business Continuity Manager aligns directly with the Chief Information Security Officer as a member of the KOSTAL Information Security Management Office.
Defining, operating and developing the BCM system, which covers IT services supporting corporate business processes. It includes business impact analysis, risk assessment and BC plans, preparations and approvals by management. Maintain the operations phase of the BCM system, which includes updating the plans and procedures, preparing, testing and conducting regular drills and exercises for BCM plans, verifying the adequacy of the BC and DRC plans as well as implementing any improvements. Support in establishing and maintaining the enterprise risk register and Business Impact Analysis by coordinating with all business units in the company. Consulting process, service and infrastructure owner, and IT managers throughout the KOSTAL organization worldwide, in BC related topics.
