We are seeking an IT Application Engineer to partner with our HR team in building a secure, scalable backbone for Netskope’s continued growth. As the technical steward of our enterprise HR systems, you will go beyond standard administration to focus on the full engineering lifecycle of our business-critical applications. In this role, you will own the IT security, disaster recovery, backend and integrations for Workday and architect the solutions that connect our people data to the rest of the business. You will be responsible for designing backend architecture, automating workflows, and building robust integrations, all while ensuring strict adherence to IT governance, security standards, and data integrity.
You are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring data integrity and governance. With expertise in managing sensitive data, particularly HR-related information, you excel in creating and maintaining processes that ensure data is accurate, secure, and aligned with business goals. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to drive a data-driven culture across the organization.
