MSC is continuing its growth journey, and we are looking for a Transshipment Business Analyst to join our global team at our headquarters in Geneva. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment and contribute to strategic digital transformation projects.

Your Role

As part of the program team, you will play a key role in enhancing, deploying and supporting the Transshipment module within the OneVision Agency platform. You will collaborate with global teams, ensuring smooth integration and adoption across multiple agencies.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze and map current transshipment processes and design optimized “To-Be” workflows.
• Develop functional specifications and write user stories to guide development teams.
• Support go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation phases.
• Lead training workshops and contribute to knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and report to stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering and user story creation.
• 3–5 years’ experience transshipment with strong operational knowledge.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies; proficiency in MS Office.

You must be eligible to work in Switzerland, either as a European Citizen or with a current valid work permit, and have at least 2 years as an MSC employee.
