Unique Skills:
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, math, a related curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 7 years leading Business Analysis activities for complex, technology-based business initiatives and/ or 4 years specific SAP system configuration, development and deployment experience. Position PurposeUnder administrative direction, uses specialized knowledge and skills to assist in the development or improvement of technology solutions by providing business analysis support for larger and more complex applications, including analyzing and documenting business processes and translating user requirements to software development teams. Provides training and plans, assigns, monitors and leads the work of others. Recommends or provides comprehensive solutions to complex problems. Extensive contact with internal customers is required. to identify, research, analyze and resolve complex issues.
