The IT Business Analyst-Senior (BA) will be a strategic partner responsible for defining, analyzing, and translating complex business needs into effective technical and process‑driven solutions. This role will lead requirements discovery, process analysis, and solution design efforts across departmental and enterprise initiatives, serving as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.
The Senior BA will synthesize input from subject matter experts, operational teams, information technology, vendors, and senior leadership to ensure solutions align with organizational strategy, operational goals, and architectural standards. Acting as a “translator” between business and technology, the Senior BA will ensure that business needs are clearly articulated, prioritized, and delivered through scalable, high‑quality solutions.
Working in close partnership with leadership, the Senior BA will evaluate current‐state processes and systems, recommend improvements, and support solution implementation within defined scope, timeline, quality, and budget parameters. The role will also provide consultative expertise to internal and external partners, support vendor engagement, and champion enterprise initiatives that drive efficiency, scalability, and customer‑centric outcomes.

Hiring Compensation Range: $85,000 - $105,000 annually
Compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to skills, education, location and experience.
In addition to base compensation, associates may be eligible for a scorecard incentive, full range of benefits and generous paid time off. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
