JOB PURPOSE
As part of the Group Information Technology Department, the new resource will join the team in charge of the proprietary applications supporting the Retail, Industrial and Real Estate functions, currently counting around ten different applications.
He/She will support both the application maintenance activities (AMS) and the evolutionary ones, contributing to requirements analysis, feasibility assessment, testing and release, in close cooperation with the external development partners and with the business functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Bachelor's or master's degree; a technical background (engineering / computer science) is preferred but not mandatory.
Ideally 2-4 years of experience in functional analysis or application support, gained in an IT internal department or in a consultancy company.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem; knowledge of SharePoint and Power Apps and familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow) are considered a plus.
Ability to draft functional analysis and project documentation, and knowledge of application testing methodologies.
Hands-on and operational attitude, willingness to learn, analytical skills (such as Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving and Proactivity), accuracy and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good relational skills with both technical and business interlocutors;
English level B2 (spoken and written).
Location: Arezzo – San Zeno site, with periodic presence at the Valvigna site.
RAL: 35.000 - 42.000 Euro
