Your tasks
• You identify, analyse, and prioritize business opportunities and demands, contribute to business cases, and translate business needs into clear and structured requirements while ensuring alignment with governance, security, and data protection standards
• You act as a key liaison between Business and IT stakeholders and provide operational support outside of project phases, including the analysis of change requests and the continuous improvement of existing solutions
• You prepare and coordinate testing activities to ensure that all business and technical requirements are correctly implemented
• You contribute to change management by preparing documentation, supporting communication and training activities, and enabling users to effectively adopt new solutions
• You support the definition, documentation, and continuous improvement of business processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date process models
Your profile
• University Degree in Information Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
• You have a first experience in business analysis and/or process modelling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a high degree of self-motivation
• You show entrepreneurship and are results-oriented
• Strong analytical skills and a strong problem-solving ability
• You have effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French or German; Luxemburgish is considered as an asset
