What are your contributions to the team?

  • Act as the primary interface between BIS and business stakeholders, supporting day‑to‑day relationships and representing BIS for assigned solutions and services.
  • Support the enterprise-wide deployment of SAP S/4HANA, including the transition from the legacy SAP ECC platform.
  • Collaborate with BIS analysts, system integrators, architects, and Enterprise Architecture teams to gather requirements, guide solution design, and support team members.
  • Lead the definition, implementation, and evolution of manufacturing solutions, ensuring roadmap alignment, process standardization, simplification, and integration.
  • Translate business needs into complete functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with Bombardier’s strategy and quality standards.
  • Initiate and support projects, including effort estimation and coordination with BIS departments and external partners.
  • Promote standardization, integration, and innovation across manufacturing solutions.
  • Review and approve solution design documentation, including Solution Design Packages.
  • Engage stakeholders, understanding interests and motivations to build support for change management initiatives.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You hold a university degree.
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in IT project delivery.
  • You have 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing ERP solutions and knowledgeable in at least one of the following SAP modules:
    • SAP Plan to Stock/Schedule (BOMS, Routings, Inspection Plans)
    • SAP Material Master (Material Management, Procurement)
    • SAP PS / PPDS (Project Scheduling, Detailed Scheduling)
    • SAP IM (Inventory management)
  • You have strong leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP S4 implementation is a definite asset.
  • Understanding of SAP best‑practice (vanilla) processes, ideally within the S/4HANA environment.
  • You are highly structured, organized and have strong analytical skills.
  • You hold excellent communication and presentation skills in both French and English, Spanish is a nice‑to‑have.
  • You have the ability to work with multiple system integrators (external partners).
  • You are flexible to work within the constraints of a project environment (flexibility for project delivery, variable schedule).
