The Mission
The core banking domain is at the heart of banking, it contains the back-office fulfilment engine which performs the account management function for the core products of the customer (such as savings, current account, deposits, payments, and investment products). The Core Banking domain is responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of several countries in Europe such as Italy, Spain, Romania, Germany delivered as a set of global services.
As an IT Business Analyst within the core banking domain, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, finding implementation options together with a developer and present the solution to your stakeholders.
You also need to understand business requirements from different banking areas and can collaborate with other senior engineers, architects and IT Business Analysts and are able to influence and steer design decisions within the application.
We are currently looking for an IT Business Analyst to join the Accounts Engine RPCs (AE RPCs) squad, which is in charge of developing common functionality for our core banking systems, with the purpose of standardizing selected capabilities for all instances of core banking managed within our domain.
As an IT Business Analyst within the AE RPCs squad, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, finding implementation options together with the architects to deliver a global capability, easy to use and implement by other instances of core banking.
You also need to conduct requirements and design workshops independently and present the solution to your stakeholders.
You are the IT Business Analyst we are looking for if you have a good knowledge of banking business processes/products, strong technical background, experience in designing technical solutions and implementing automated tests
The ideal candidate has 5 - 7 years of experience in banking industry, plus the technical skills that will help him/her perform in this role.
