The Business Analyst will serve as the lead analyst for this statewide client services financial tracking system and assessment tool. This position will create and run reports to perform data analysis to support business management decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support, train, and feature planning of the statewide client services financial tracking system and assessment tool.
• Research and compile data for annual and Federal reporting. Builds reports in Caseworthy, ServTracker, data warehouse and excel to support the Aging network and agency request.
• Recommends solutions and initial diagnosis of issues with security, hardware, software, phones, and network. Works with Shared services as needed.
• Responsible for documentation and procurement process of IT Equipment and hardware.
• Supervises the Learning Management Specialist
• Perform other duties as directed

Examples of duties

A bachelor's degree in computer science, management information science, statistics, or a related field and at least four years of experience in information technology support and managing databases. Relevant experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree on a year-for-year basis.

Two years working with SQL Queries and designing data structures.

Two years supervisory experience.

Supplemental information

This position requires some travel to include overnight travel. This position is situated in an office environment where the person will spend the majority of the day at a desk working on a computer, reading documents, training, and talking on the phone.
