Whether it's the unique breadth of our integrated offering that covers Injectable Aesthetics, Dermatological Skincare and Therapeutic Dermatology products; or our commitment to recognizing and rewarding people for the contribution they make - working here isn't like anywhere else.

At Galderma, we actively give our teams reasons to believe in our ambition to become the leading dermatology company in the world. With us, you have the ultimate opportunity to gain new and challenging work experiences and create an unparalleled, direct impact.

Role: IT Business Analyst for AI

Location: Krakow – 3 days/week onsite

Based in our new IT hub at Unity Tower in Krakow, this is an exciting opportunity to join Galderma’s growing IT presence in Poland as an AI Business Analyst. Reporting to the Senior Manager of AI & Automation, you will work at the forefront of translating AI ambition into practical, high-value solutions for the business.

In this role, you will partner closely with stakeholders across functions to capture and shape AI demand, turning ideas into well-defined, feasible use cases with clear business outcomes. You will play a key part in ensuring initiatives are thoughtfully assessed for value, risk, and data readiness, while coordinating with security, legal, privacy, and compliance teams to guide projects from concept through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Intake & Qualification: Own structured intake of AI ideas; clarify the problem statement, users, process context, and success metrics; identify duplicates and consolidate opportunities.

  • Use Case Definition & Value Framing: Translate business needs into AI use cases (including Copilot/GenAI, automation, analytics); define benefits hypotheses, KPI baselines, and value tracking approach; support prioritization decisions with data and narratives.

  • Requirements & Solution Shaping: Elicit and document functional/non-functional requirements (privacy, security, performance, explainability); create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps; ensure alignment with Responsible AI policies.

  • Governance & Cross‑Functional Coordination: Orchestrate reviews with Security, Legal, Privacy, Risk, Architecture, and Procurement; prepare materials for governance forums; track decisions, actions, and approvals end‑to‑end.

  • Delivery Enablement & Validation: Support AI Engineering with clarifications, test scenarios, UAT coordination, and release readiness; verify solution meets business outcomes; contribute to transition‑to‑operations and documentation.

  • Adoption & Benefits Realization: Partner with Adoption/Change leads to create enablement plans and measure realized value; run feedback loops to improve future demand quality and solution performance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst / Project Manager in digital or IT transformation programs.

  • 2+ years exposure to AI/analytics/automation initiatives (use case definition, data readiness, model/product lifecycle).

  • Experience coordinating governance reviews (security, legal, privacy, compliance) in a regulated or global environment.

  • Strong track record producing clear requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria) and supporting UAT and release readiness.

  • Comfortable working in a matrix with multiple stakeholders and vendors.

  • Strong English speaking and writing skills

What we offer in return:

  • You will be working for an organization that embraces diversity & inclusion and believe we will deliver better outcomes by reflecting the perspectives of our diverse customer base.

  • You will receive a competitive compensation package with bonus structure and extended benefit package.

  • You will be able to work in a hybrid work culture.

  • You will participate in feedback loops, during which a personalized career path will be established.

  • You will be joining a growing company that believes in ownership from day one where everyone is empowered to grow and to take on accountability.

Next Steps:

  • If your profile is a match, we will invite you for a first virtual conversation with the recruiter.

  • The next step is a virtual conversation with the hiring manager and the wider team.

  • The final step is an in-person interview with the local HRBP
