We are hiring a PM/BA to support the Eurosys portfolio This role will be based in Cluj, Romania, working remotely from Clujwith regular collaboration with the Brussels-based (Belgium) Eurosys team A CET/EET time zone overlapis expected to support Agile ceremonies, workshops, and stakeholder sessions, with minimal/occasional travel to Brusselsas required.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, product/process owners, and technology teams to discover and define requirements, translate business needs into clear delivery-ready artifacts, and support disciplined execution across small-to-medium initiatives in an Agile hybrid delivery environment

We will count on you to:

  • Lead requirements discovery through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs.

  • Produce high-quality BA deliverables (as applicable), including:

    • Business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories

    • Use cases and business rules

    • Data requirements and reporting requirements

    • Acceptance criteria and support for test scenarios/UAT

  • Facilitate scope definition and support prioritization with stakeholders.

  • Maintain requirements traceability from intake through delivery, including change control.

  • Identify impacts across people/process/technology, surface dependencies, and propose solution options.

  • Support change management activities as needed (training materials, communication inputs, operational handover).

Project Management / Delivery Support

  • Support project planning and governance for assigned initiatives (e.g., RAID, milestones, status tracking).

  • Maintain core project artifacts such as project plans, action logs, meeting minutes, and decision logs.

  • Track delivery progress against scope and timelines; escalate risks/issues early with proposed mitigations.

  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams (IT, operations, SMEs) to ensure momentum and clarity.

  • Contribute to steering materials and sprint/release status reporting.

Stakeholder Partnership & Communication

  • Build strong working relationships with business and technology partners across locations.

  • Translate between business language and technical delivery detail to ensure shared understanding.

  • Run structured working sessions, document outcomes, and secure stakeholder alignment.

  • Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly and proactively.

What you need to have:

  • 2–4 years(or equivalent) experience in Business Analysissupporting technology-enabled change.

  • Hands-on experience writing requirements/user storiesand acceptance criteria

  • Experience supporting delivery using Agile, hybrid, or Waterfallapproaches (Agile hybrid preferred).

  • Comfort with process mapping, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a multi-stakeholder environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through.

What makes you stand out?

  • Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or other regulated environments

  • Exposure to project governance and reporting (e.g., RAID logs, status reporting, dependency tracking).

  • Strong familiarity with Azure DevOps(Boards/Backlogs, Epics/Features/User Stories, sprint planning, basic reporting/dashboards).

  • Familiarity with Confluenceand Microsoft tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint); exposure to MS Project/Planneris a plus.

  • Strong facilitation skills and confidence leading workshops with diverse stakeholder groups.
