Who wearelooking for

The IT Markets Operations at State Street is seeking an experiencedSeniorBusiness Analyst to support the Markets Operations Program—a strategic, cross‑functional platform.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will contribute to consistent business analysis practices, lead key workstreams, and collaborate with product and delivery teams across regions. You may also provide guidance and mentoring to junior analysts.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What youwillbe responsible for

AsaSenior Business Analyst,you will

  • Lead key business analysis activities and workstreams within the Onboarding and Operations Dashboard Programs.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, end users and delivery teams, to refine business requirements.

  • Conduct process analysis, business process modeling and flow diagrams.

  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation in Confluence.

  • Support solution design discussions ensuring alignment with business needs.

  • Coordinate UAT activities and support stakeholder communication and enablement.

  • Ensureseamless collaboration across all Operations partners, including stakeholders in the US, EMEA, and APAC.

  • Experience within a large financial services organization, ideally in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, data management rolesor business roles

  • Strong understanding of State Street's businessand dataenvironment (or willingness to learn quickly)

  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies.

  • Experience delivering requirements in complex or matrixed environments.

  • Ability to manage analysis work across multiple initiatives.

  • Solid organizational and timemanagement skills.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree inFinance, Economics, Engineering, Mathor equivalent work experience to substitute for education); Marster’s degree is a plus.

  • Min. 8-10years of Financial Services Industry is required

  • Experience withMS suite, Confluence, JIRA

  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect, absorb, and analyze information quickly andindependently.

  • Experienceinworking with crossfunctional teams and project timelines.

Minimum Salary:

zł182,004 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
