Deine Aufgaben
– Du erhebst, analysierst und dokumentierst fachliche Anforderungen in Form von Epics, Features und User Stories in Jira
– Du modellierst Geschäftsprozesse mit BPMN 2.0 und erstellst Datenflussdiagramme sowie Schnittstellenspezifikationen
– Du führst Workshops und Interviews mit Business Stakeholdern durch und moderierst Backlog-Refinements
– Du begleitest UAT-Phasen und koordinierst die Abnahme mit Fachbereichen
– Du unterstützt bei der Digitalisierung von B2B-Lösungen im Bereich Cloud, Connectivity und IoT
Dein Profil
✓ Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL mit IT-Fokus oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
✓ 3+ Jahre Erfahrung als Business Analyst im IT- oder Telekommunikationsumfeld
✓ Sicherer Umgang mit Jira, Confluence und Modellierungstools (z.B. Visio, Lucidchart)
✓ Kenntnisse in agilen Frameworks (SAFe, Scrum) sowie klassischem Requirements Engineering (IREB von Vorteil)
✓ Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch; Französisch von Vorteil
