We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our global IT team, working closely with the Retail ERP organisation to support our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform. Reporting to the Head of Retail ERP, you will act as the primary business-facing representative for your designated region (APAC), bridging local business needs with our global ERP roadmap.

What you will do

• Lead regional stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering and business process analysis for the Business Central platform
• Manage the regional demand pipeline together with Retail excellence and translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Support enhancements, functional testing and release activities, including issue analysis and post-release support
• Participate in regional roll-outs, enhancement and change initiatives.

Maintain documentation, and support training and continuous improvement of the platform

• Act as the bridge between local business stakeholders and the global ERP organisation, ensuring regional needs are represented within the global roadmap.

Work Australia timezone supporting current live countires, while also providing ad hoc support to EMEA region.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting Microsoft D365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• College/diploma or degree in information technology, business administration, finance or similar, with a business analysis certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA advantageous
• Strong understanding of finance processes including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, banking, financial reporting, inter-company and period close
• Experience working in multinational organisations with multiple legal entities and countries, facilitating workshops, requirements gathering and solution design
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades and international roll-outs, within both waterfall and agile delivery models
• Fluent in English, with good communication and stakeholder management skills, and a willingness to travel regionally.
