Job Description

About Team

The IPF Digital Acquisition Feature Team manages the end-to-end lifecycle of customer onboarding, user acquisition funnels, and digital lending journeys - including brands such as Creditea and Credit24. The team shapes frictionless acquisition paths while balancing risk and conversion goals.

Working closely with UX designers, credit risk managers, and engineering teams, we focus on building scalable and data-driven solutions that improve customer experience and drive sustainable growth. The team plays a key role in shaping how new customers discover, apply for, and access our lending products across multiple markets.

We work in an Agile environment alongside cross-functional teams, focusing on collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement - always looking for smarter ways to deliver value, improve processes, and strengthen our products.

This role is based in Poland, with responsibility for initiatives across all IPF Digital operations and markets.

Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action

  • You’ll identify and recommend effective business process solutions in the finance area, considering integrations with other systems and domains.

  • You will capture and present different perspectives, including those of the customer, business, processes, risks, and technology.

  • You’ll conduct end-to-end process analysis from the frontend, through the backend, to integrations with other systems and teams.

  • You’ll use strong analytical skills to uncover real business needs and propose alternative solutions.

  • You’ll focus on delivering real value to both users and the business, while avoiding unnecessary complexity and being able to define an MVP.

  • You’ll collaborate with IT & business representatives and moderate meetings in a structured and effective way.

  • You’ll gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity and traceability.

  • You’ll decompose epics into stories or tasks, organize them, and ensure product and feature descriptions are easily understandable for developers and testers.

  • You’ll apply advanced analysis techniques such as functional decomposition, user stories, use cases & scenarios, user story mapping, process and system modeling (BPMN, UML), and visual thinking.

  • You’ll support two development teams simultaneously, efficiently closing open points and switching between multiple initiatives.

  • You’ll communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing, to collaborate effectively across international teams.

  • You’ll demonstrate a proactive, disciplined, and delivery-focused mindset, able to work independently and drive results.

We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success

  • At least 4 years of experience as a IT Business Analyst, preferably within the financial or banking industry,

  • Experience with quering databases with SQL basics to validate assumptions or extract insights.

  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence to manage analysis and documentation efficiently.

Our hiring approach
As part of our skills-first recruitment process, you will be asked to complete a practical work challenge. This gives you a chance to showcase your skills, your way of thinking, and your problem-solving approach – beyond what’s on a CV.
In the next steps, we’ll focus on getting to know you better through conversations around culture fit and soft skills, to ensure we’re a great match for each other.

What can we offer you?

  • Real opportunities for growth – enjoy access to a variety of internal learning and external development initiatives.

  • A fully free mental health platform with access to certified professionals: psychologists (including child psychologists), dietitians, business coaches, and physiotherapists.

  • Relaxed team integrations – kayaking, cycling, workshops, team outings… we enjoy spending time together, and we make it happen regularly.

  • Move your body, clear your mind – you can use Multisport card or use private health care coverage.

  • A truly international environment – we collaborate with teams from Mexico to Australia. Sounds exciting? That’s just our everyday reality.
