Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  1. Requirements & Solution Support
    1. Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement
    2. Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories
    3. Assist in identifying solution options aligned to business needs
    4. Support senior analysts in solution design and delivery
  2. Manufacturing & Supply Chain Support
    1. Build knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes:
      1. Work Orders, Procurement, Inventory, Planning
    2. Assist in troubleshooting transactional issues
    3. Support analysis of upstream and downstream process impacts
  3. Incident & Issue Support
    1. Investigate production issues and gather relevant details
    2. Perform initial analysis and support root cause identification
    3. Coordinate with senior analysts, developers, and vendors for resolution
    4. Document issues, findings, and resolutions
  4. Enhancements Delivery
    1. Support enhancement lifecycle from intake through deployment
    2. Assist with discovery sessions and documentation of business needs
    3. Help document process improvements and proposed solutions
    4. Support prioritization and tracking of enhancement requests
  5. Implementations & Projects
    1. Support requirements gathering, testing, and deployment activities
    2. Assist with system configurations and validation testing
    3. Participate in global ERP rollouts and site implementations
    4. Provide support during go-live and hypercare
  6. Testing & Quality Assurance
    1. Develop and execute test scripts for UAT and system testing
    2. Document test results and track defects
    3. Support defect triage and resolution activities
    4. Maintain test documentation and artifacts
  7. Stakeholder Collaboration
    1. Communicate with business and IT stakeholders to clarify requirements
    2. Provide status updates on assigned work
    3. Escalate risks, issues, or blockers as needed
    4. Build relationships across teams and functions
  8. Documentation & Standards
    1. Create and maintain documentation including:
      1. Requirements, test scripts, process flows, and user guides
    2. Follow established team standards for documentation and delivery
    3. Ensure accuracy and completeness of work

Operating Environment:

  • Blended delivery models: projects, enhancements, and SLA-driven support
  • Tools: Oracle Fusion ERP, SolarWinds Samanage, Smartsheet, Visio
  • Fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities
  • Collaboration with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field

  • 2-5 years experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Systems Analyst

  • Experience supporting ERP systems or enterprise applications

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Understanding of SDLC concepts and project delivery

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Some travel may be required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems

  • Exposure to Manufacturing or Supply Chain processes

  • Experience working in Waterfall / Agile or hybrid delivery environments

  • Exposure to global implementations or support environments

  • Experience with:

    • System testing and documentation

    • Reporting tools (OTBI, Tableau, etc.)
