  • Working closely with developers and technical teams to deliver effective solutions
  • Supporting Agile delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, and change requests
  • Coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring solutions meet business requirements
  • Identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Supporting software releases, deployment planning, and stakeholder communication
  • Helping modernise and de-risk key business-critical systems

Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role
  • Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within software delivery environments using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies
  • Ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into practical solutions
  • Experience supporting testing activities, user acceptance testing, and system change delivery
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Technical awareness

Whilst this isn't a developer role, you'll be comfortable working with technical teams and have an understanding of:

  • Business applications and system integrations
  • Databases and SQL concepts
  • APIs, interfaces, imports and exports
  • Software deployment and release management
  • Microsoft technologies such as SQL Server, Azure DevOps, .NET, or similar environments
