Location: Position is currently remote but may work at or visit a facility based on business need.This option is not available in states outside FE service territory.
As an IT Business Analyst in the Work Management Systems team, you will be part of a highly motivated team focused on applications supporting Work and Resource Management across FE Utilities. The position will consist of being part of a broader product team focused on enhancing software and technology surrounding work design, work request management, scheduling, callout, and resource management capabilities. In this position you will partner with users across the company to provide high value product increments to new and existing Work and Resource Management systems.
Administering (where applicable), researching, and resolving application security provisioning issues.
Required:
Bachelor's or associate degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related field. In lieu of a degree, 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related field required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Word
Ability to work flexible hours and be available for call-in and after-hours support (7X24 operations).
Preferred:
Familiarity with other databases such as SQL Server.
Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops and working in an agile environment.
