💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a IT Business Analyst for a national project.

🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Bring operational efficiency to the processes through optimization and help in the identification of business impacts caused by the solution, preparing action plans;
• Collect, analyze and challenge the needs expressed by the business, validatung the Business Requirement documents;
• Liaise with Process Owners and Key users to build/ mantain the Detailed Functional Specifications and Test Plans documents, making sure the Test Plan is followed during test phases;
• Assist functionally the IT teams during all the project phases;
• Communicate with internal stakeholders on project status.

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of experience in BA function with strong documentation skills and analysis capacity;
• Comfortable with basic office tools;
• Diverse technical knowledge (Automation will be a plus);
• Knowledge of banking industry will be a plus;
• Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma will be a plus;
• Fluency in English (written & spoken), proficiency in French is a plus.
