Collecting and analysing business requirements from various departments.

functional specifications.
Collaborating with development teams (internal or external) to ensure technology solutions

Conducting testing and verification to ensure the quality of implemented solutions.
Analysing existing systems and providing recommendations for improvements.
Providing technical support and training to end users.
Coordinating with vendors and third parties involved in projects.
Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of company
operations.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Technical Skills: Understanding of software development methodologies.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with
various stakeholders both in Bahasa and English.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse problems and identify effective solutions.
General Insurance Industry Knowledge: Understanding the basics of insurance and
applicable regulations in Indonesia.
Have a wide and update view on new technology in Insurance market.
Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically and logically when handling issues and making
decisions.
Teamwork Skills: Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments.
Technology Skills: Basic understanding of information systems and technology used in
insurance companies.
