We are currently looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our IT LATAM team.

As an IT Business Analyst at Keyrus, you will work alongside highly skilled professionals with strong technical expertise and outstanding human qualities. You will participate in projects across multiple industries, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver innovative solutions. 🚀

• Partnering with IT Business Partners and the Regional PMO LATAM to map, document, and define/tailor business processes (AS IS / TO BE), closing gaps and inefficiencies.
• Gathering, mapping, and documenting business requirements regardless of initiative size (PoC, pilot, or others), and developing functional specifications.
• Identifying solution usage and adoption levels, as well as behavioral gaps related to process and system adherence.
• Working closely with IT BPs, the IT LATAM Solutions Architect, and the IT CoE LATAM Head to communicate with service providers and vendors, assessing how system changes may impact satellite applications within the process.
• Creating test plans and test cases based on user and functional specifications.
• Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure accurate delivery of business needs and adherence to new processes, coordinating with multiple departments to maintain proper pace.
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and subject-matter experts across the organization, and providing training and support to key users (Hypercare)
We would love to meet you if:
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or a relevant master’s degree/certification.
• You demonstrate strong critical thinking, stakeholder management, effective communication, ability to simplify complex concepts, teamwork, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• You have the ability to drive change, influence others, analyze data, solve problems, and understand computer applications and systems thoroughly.
• You have an Upper Intermediate (B2) level of English or higher.
• You have experience in Business Process Mapping (AS IS / TO BE), requirements gathering, functional specifications, UAT leadership, solution adoption, and data analysis.
We would be especially excited if you have:
• Experience with Process Mining tools (Celonis, MS Power Automate, Navigate, or others).
• Experience working with SAP as a former key user.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
