On behalf of our client — a major organization investing in digital transformation, enterprise technology architecture and AI-driven initiatives — we are looking for IT Business Analysts / Technology Analysts to join high-impact implementation projects.

The Role:

As an IT Business Analyst with a strong technology architecture orientation, you will participate in the analysis, design and implementation of complex IT and AI-enabled projects.

You will collaborate with architects, developers and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions, system designs and implementation roadmaps.

This role is ideal for professionals with a background in software development, systems analysis, solution architecture or technology consulting who have transitioned into analytical or architecture-focused roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business and technical requirements for new digital and AI-driven initiatives
• Participate in solution design and technology architecture discussions
• Conduct technology assessments and feasibility analysis for new systems and platforms
• Support system implementation, integration and transformation projects
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, solution architects and data teams
• Contribute to design documentation, functional & technical specifications
• Evaluate AI platforms, automation tools and data technologies
• Assist in defining target architectures and system roadmaps
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to capture technology requirements
• Support Agile delivery cycles and participate in project implementation phases
• Monitor solution performance and propose continuous improvement actions
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technology capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts and metrics.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language.
