responsibilities:

• Gathering data and analyzing business and user needs to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Analyzing complex business problems and determining an IT solution to address the user’s needs
• Creating requirements and specifications for business solutions.
• Stimating: Work closely with technical teams to agree rollout strategy and timing based on business and IT requirements
• Evaluating and optimizing business processes to improve productivity for staff
• Communicating with all major stakeholders of a project and translating their needs and expectations into strategies and milestones
• Providing recommendations on hardware and software procurement
• Documentation Fulfill the development of documentation and Work Breakdown Structure ( WBS)
• Perform requirements gathering and analysis in order to provide high quality and detailed requirements, ensuring the closest involvement with, and agreement from, Product Owners
• Produce and review data/information models and preliminary system architecture, as needed
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, or delegated member of the applicable business group, to document user requirements
• Model processes to clarify business requirements, and to enhance or re-engineer business processes, prior to, or in parallel with, solution design and implementation, as necessary
• Resolve conflicting end-user requirements
• Maintain knowledge of the IT industry; analyse the abilities of tools and technologies, compare with the need of the business, then recommend potential solutions to managers within the business
• Collaborate with application owners to ensure that business requirements are delivered through successful implementation of optimal, cost-effective solutions
• Provide input to Business Case requirements & other pre-project activities (e.g., high-level requirements, project scope, objectives)
  

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• High school diploma; a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, System Analysis, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis or a related role.
• Broad range of experiences documetating systems and integrations requirements with large scale businesses
• Strong technical and business writing skills
• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team leadership capabilities
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and business concepts to technical audiences
• Ability to develop training and support programs for process implementations
• Understanding of current requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, and verification, and the ability to apply them in practice
• Knowledge of process engineering and process improvements
• Ability to guide the user in identifying business requirements and user stories
• Able to work in a team environment and meaningfully contribute to strategic discussions.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, with a high level of ownership and drive to achieve goals.
• Ability to create visual representations of data structures, business processes, and user interfaces.
• Demonstrated ability to work within Agile teams and to gather and document requirements integrated into Iterations timelines.
• Proficiency in creating and managing Azure DevOps
