• Assess the client’s business needs and business processes
• Document the client’s business requirements in detail (requirement specifications)
• Define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other non-functional requirements
• Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible and verifiable and that they conform to standards.
• Serve as an internal point of contact for the development team whenever requirements need to be clarified
• Maintain automated system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
• May create end-user documentation(e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials)

Qualifications

• At least 2 to 4 years of experience in business analysis
• Possess IT background
• Ability to conduct detailed data analysis using data analysis tools (SQL)
• Ability to understand API integrations/Data mapping/Data modeling
• Ability to document business requirements in an accurate, unambiguous and succinct fashion
• Good command of English communications skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
• Possess discrete expertise and perform requirement gathering/management
• Possess knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis
• Possess solid understanding and use BA design tools including Figma-UI/UX, Visio, Miro, etc.
• Good presentation and client relation skills
• Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies
• Personal qualities: team-oriented; thorough, paying attention to details, creative
