About Okoora

Okoora is building the global infrastructure for embedded FX. Our platform powers multi currency operations for businesses around the world, and our infrastructure layer is becoming the standard that platforms depend on for FX.

We are looking for a hands-on IT Systems Administrator with strong practical experience in Microsoft Azure to support our internal IT operations and cloud server environment.

The role includes day-to-day management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our Azure-based infrastructure, together with general IT support for the company’s employees.

This is a practical IT infrastructure role, not a senior cloud architect position.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Azure virtual servers and related cloud resources.
  • Monitor system availability, performance, backups, and basic security.
  • Support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD / Entra ID environments.
  • Handle user access, permissions, accounts, and internal IT requests.
  • Troubleshoot server, network, VPN, connectivity, and access issues.
  • Work with external vendors when needed.
  • Maintain basic documentation for systems, access, and procedures.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT system administration or infrastructure support.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD / Entra ID.
  • Basic understanding of networking: DNS, VPN, firewalls, TCP/IP.
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently and manage ongoing IT tasks.
  • Service-oriented, organized, and responsible.
  • Good English communication skills.
