In this role, you'll:


Provide timely remote and onsite support for audio-visual systems (including Microsoft Teams Rooms and Surface Hubs), ensuring reliable performance and minimal downtime.


Maintain AV system performance by diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, keeping accurate records, and updating configuration databases.


Support users and collaboration by coordinating with teams, delivering AV training, and ensuring a high-quality user experience across multiple sites.

Please note: There are two roles available, one at Grafton and one at Wagga.

About you


You will bring strong technical knowledge of AV systems, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, with hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing equipment.


You will demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to support users and work effectively with stakeholders.


You will have the ability to manage multiple priorities across sites, meet travel requirements, and hold a relevant certificate qualification in AV technology.
