Our award-winning client is seeking an IT Audit, Senior Manager to join their team.As an IT Audit Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our organization's technology assets. You will lead complex audit projects, identify and assess risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and attention to detail will be essential to driving continuous improvement and protecting our business.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess significant risks, root causes, and impacts. Build strong relationships with senior management and business partners.
• Validate issue remediation and emerging risks.
• Lead and manage all phases of complex IT audits. Prepare clear and concise audit reports.
• Ensure timely completion of audits within budget and scope. Develop and execute continuous monitoring tests.
• Adhere to internal audit policies and procedures. Promote a culture of quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with audit leadership to enhance methodologies and standards.
• Mentor and develop junior team members. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant IT audit experience.
• Strong understanding of IT audit methodologies and frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001).
• Experience in IT general controls, application controls, and infrastructure controls.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead and manage teams.
