We are currently seeking to growour dynamic IT Specialists Team with an IT Audit Manager with relevant experience in General IT controls, third party assurance and regulatory compliance.

How you will Make an Impact

As an IT Audit Manager in Audit & Assurance, you will be leading a team of professionals to manage and deliver on client audit engagements whilst also contributing to the execution of the businesses strategic plans including business development. In this role, you will develop and coach high performing people and teams, leading, guiding and supporting them to make an impact that matters, and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client services.

Your main tasks will include but are not limited to the following:

• Building and leading motivated and effective teams, maintaining a high-level key talent retention and leading them to achieve and surpass business goals.
• Responsible for managing a portfolio of audit & assurance engagements, ensuring that these are scheduled and delivered in line with agreed service levels.
• Contributing to the development and management of the IT Specialists Team and business.
• Maintaining and developing existing client relationships and contributing to the development of new business opportunities.
• Servicing a portfolio of key clients and successfully developing service offerings to meet demands.
• Working with other Deloitte Businesses to provide end-to-end solutions to clients.

Your Professional skills:

• Proactively pursues technology trends and disruptors that enable Deloitte to enhance productivity, improve collaboration and minimize errors when solving business problems through automation.
• Responds to unexpected situations by identifying out-of-the-box alternatives and ideas to adapt with agility.

Your Specialized skills:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business and Computing or Accountancy. CISA advantageous.
• At least six years of IT audit experience in supporting Financial Statement Audits.
• Experience in designing, managing and executing ISAE3402 / ISAE3000 / SOC I / SOC 2 third party assurance engagements.
• Knowledge of best practices and standards such as COBIT, ISO 27000 series, NIST, PCI DSS.
• Have a solid understanding of IT Processes, Risks and Controls (in particular risks and controls related to cloud environments).
• Proven experience in IT General Controls reviews for Access Management, Change Management, and Data Center & Network Operations.
• A good knowledge of SQL, Excel and data analysis solutions (Power BI/Tableau).
• ·A good knowledge of the major technology related regulations (GDPR, MiCA, EU AI Act, Gaming Act, Digital Services Act).
• Project Management skills and ability to lead and supervise staff to ensure delivery of quality services and deliverables to clients.

Ways to stand out

You possess practical experience in third-party assurance engagements and have a strong understanding of the EU AI Act and IT risks associated with digital assets. Additionally, you have industry experience in financial services and/or iGaming.
