We are looking for a person who will work in the position IT technical support assistant (RUMA- on-site)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Mandatory IV degree (preferably technical), higher professional degree in technical direction is advantage


• English language

WORKING EXPERIENCE

• Working experience in similar jobs for at least 1 year (preferred in the automotive industry)


• Knowledge of server, hardware and client operating systems


• Knowledge of network environment and of virtualization technologies


• MC Office

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installation, repair of IT equipment and its records


• Marking and assigning equipment to users


• Technical user support, related to the ERP system and user applications


• Suggesting improvements in order to improve the functioning of the company and IT, helping with the correction and writing of new procedures


• Installing servers and setting them up, Backup process (server maintenance, solving vulnerabilities important for the same, managing permissions over the same, setting features and roles, Veeam backup process, knowledge of working with backup tapes, replacing tapes and monitoring their operation)


• Print management (management of thermal printers, their configuration, connection with the system and commissioning. Support for problems with laser printers)


• Support to the HR sector regarding the record of working hours


• CCTV support (video surveillance configuration and monitoring)

SKILLS

• Flexibility, resourcefulness and precision in work


• Possibility of teamwork and independent work, curiosity


• Desirable: driver's license category B
