We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Asset Manager to lead and manage the enterprise-wide IT Asset Management (ITAM) function, ensuring strategic oversight, operational excellence, and governance across the entire hardware and software asset lifecycle. This role is responsible for building and scaling ITAM capabilities, driving compliance, and delivering value through optimized asset utilization and cost control.
Strategic Leadership & Organization SetupEstablish and lead the end-to-end IT Asset Management organization within the enterprise.
Define and implement ITAM strategy aligned with business goals and IT service delivery.
Build and manage a high-performing team of HAM and SAM analysts.
Process & Governance
Design and implement ITAM processes for asset lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, refresh, and disposal.
Set up governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal policies, vendor contracts, and regulatory requirements.
Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics for ITAM operations.
Technology & Platform Expertise
Lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow ITAM, including HAM Pro and SAM Pro modules.
Ensure accurate configuration and integration of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and workflows to support asset tracking and reporting.
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT operations to align asset data across systems (e.g., Coupa, ERP platforms).
Operational Excellence
Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets across global locations.
Ensure data accuracy, asset reconciliation, and audit readiness.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset visibility, reduce costs, and improve compliance.
Reporting & Analytics
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for asset utilization, compliance, and cost optimization.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on asset data and trends.
