Job Description

The Lead, Asset Management role is responsible for overseeing inventory management of Ubiquity assets and supplies by ensuring planned strategies in safekeeping, tracking, and quality control are observed and implemented. The role also manages the team of Asset Management Specialists and acts as head asset custodian for the company to ensure proper accounting and coordination of asset movements within each site.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee and provide on-site and/or remote support mainly for Ubiquity’s inventory and supplies
  • Perform warehousing and storekeeping tasks including receiving, handling, storing, recording, issuing, and delivering stocks/materials
  • Ensure that all inventory activities are encoded in the system to maintain accurate inventory data
  • Assist in the physical inventories and count, and in reconciling inventory variances
  • In charge of tagging company assets and supplies
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the team, define roles and responsibilities, and conduct regular performance evaluations
  • Work and collaborate with various internal teams in support of stock/materials such as IT teams, Project Management, etc.
  • Verifies and conducts quality inspections of all incoming and outgoing company assets and supplies
  • Prepare accurate and complete inventory report Implement good warehouse practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position
Skills and Qualification
  • With at least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field
  • Knowledge in Asset Management tool
  • Knowledge in Asset Management principles and practices
  • With good verbal and written communication skills
  • People Management
