Job Description

Turn technology data into better decisions. Help Latitude get more value from its technology investments.

At Latitude, we make it possible—for our customers, our partners and our people. Behind the technology we rely on are decisions about what we buy, how we use it and where we can do things better.

As an IT Asset Management Analyst, you’ll help us manage technology assets, software licences and services from purchase through to renewal and retirement. You’ll bring accuracy to the detail, keep important commitments on track and uncover opportunities to reduce waste and improve value.

If you enjoy taking ownership, investigating discrepancies and bringing clarity to complex information, this is an opportunity to put those strengths to work.

Your impact

You’ll own a varied portfolio, helping Latitude understand what technology we have, what we need and what we’re spending.Working with Technology, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Cyber Security and suppliers, you’ll turn asset, licensing and financial information into practical actions that support reliable operations, manage risk and control costs.

You’ll:

  • Maintain accurate hardware, software, contract and service records, investigating discrepancies across systems and supplier information.
  • Analyse software usage and licence entitlements to identify compliance risks, unused licences and opportunities to optimise spend.
  • Coordinate technology renewals, keeping due diligence, approvals and purchase orders moving ahead of deadlines.
  • Validate invoices, complete monthly receipting and maintain reliable spend records, forecasts and budget tracking.
  • Support supplier audits and internal reviews, coordinating evidence and following actions through to completion.
  • Improve processes, reporting and the use of asset management tools, applying automation and AI responsibly to reduce administration and improve accuracy.

What you’ll bring

You’re proactive, organised and comfortable working independently. You spot what needs attention, ask the right questions and follow through. You also learn quickly, whether you’re getting across a new licensing model or understanding a supplier agreement.

We’re looking for:

  • Practical experience in software or hardware asset management, technology commercial management or a related discipline.
  • Working knowledge of software licensing, contracts, renewals and asset lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, including reconciliation, spend tracking, forecasting and investigating variances.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities without compromising accuracy.
  • Clear communication and relationship skills, with confidence coordinating stakeholders and explaining complex information simply.
  • Confidence using AI tools responsibly to support analysis, reporting and everyday efficiency.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, particularly Software Asset Management and the Configuration Management Database, or similar tools would be valuable.
  • Relevant IT asset management, software asset management, ITIL, technology or business qualifications are welcome but aren’t essential.

More possibilities for you

You’ll join a close-knit, multidisciplinary team that shares knowledge, values curiosity and welcomes ideas for doing things better.

With support from a manager who values your development, you’ll broaden your understanding of technology, licensing and commercial arrangements while seeing the results of your work through stronger controls, clearer information and measurable savings.

We believe doing great work starts with feeling supported.

We make it possible…

  • To spend more time with your loved ones—with an extra week of paid leave each year through our Take 5 initiative.
  • To enjoy greater flexibility—with a hybrid working model that combines working from home with connection in the office.
  • To put your wellbeing first—with Sonder, a 24/7 support app for mental and physical wellbeing.
  • To access financial benefits—with discounts on Latitude products and services.

Our values—Take Ownership, Pursue Excellence, Win Together and Create Tomorrow—guide how we work and support each other.

If you bring many of the skills we’re looking for and feel this could be your next step, we’d love to hear from you.

Bring your curiosity, initiative and eye for detail. Apply now and help us make it possible.

Successful applicants will be required to complete background checks as part of our recruitment process.
