We're looking for a

IT Apprentice

This role is Office Based, France

This role is available in our Paris office only

The IT Service Desk Intern supports daily IT operations by assisting with technical support requests, device provisioning, account management, and documentation. This role provides hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments while developing foundational skills in troubleshooting, customer service, and IT service management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and access-related issues
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including laptop provisioning and account setup
• Troubleshoot basic Windows and macOS issues
• Support password resets, MFA enrollment, and access requests
• Document incidents and requests in the IT service management system (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Assist with asset management, inventory tracking, and device imaging
• Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvement efforts
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or senior engineers as appropriate

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, or ticketing systems is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
