RESPONSIBILITIES

  • L2 and L3 support for SAP EHS incl. coverage of Business requirements, communication and coordination with the stakeholders
  • Shift alignment within the KL support team
  • general working with different ticket tools, e.g. Regulatory Solution Board user stories, SMAX (followed by ServiceNow Evonik internally)
  • Support SAP EHS with focus on Substance Volume Tracking (SVT), Marketing Restriction Checks (MRC) and ALE distribution, moreover Health and Safety Management (HSM)

REQUIREMENTS

  • University / Bachelor degree or comparable
  • His/her experience enables the candidate to solve the related issues him-/herself and to consult others
  • Openess to learn new topics, e.g. Waste Management
  • German language abilities beneficial
