Job Description

Our client is a sizeable firm that focuses in innovation and technology.

IT Applications Support Analyst (1 Year Contract)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide all-rounded support on related operation systems / applications
  • Liaise with vendors to investigate and resolve incidents reported by users
  • Analyze the issue trends for ways of preventing repeated future problems
  • Participate in the maintenance of application support documentation, procurement and tendering processes
  • Maintain user satisfaction
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
  • Tertiary Education or above, majoring in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent disciplines
  • 3-5 years of customer service working experience in troubleshooting software applications
  • Knowledge in programming, Oracle JD Edwards, Oracle Hyperion, Python, Kissflow and Asset tracking system, familiar with SQL, reporting / BI tools will be a plus
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Client-oriented, self-motivated, good team player
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as IT Applications Support
