Job Description

• Experience Required: 5–8 years
• Core Focus:
  Enterprise applications, network infrastructure, and general IT operations

Key Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure & Networks:
  Support, monitor, and maintain servers, network systems, and application performance.
• App Support:
  Provide operational support for Oracle applications and Google Workspace / GCP
• Maintenance & Upgrades:
  Perform system upgrades, patching, configuration changes, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshooting:
  Resolve technical issues and participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• ITIL Operations:
  Handle incidents, service requests, and changes using ITIL best practices while meeting SLAs.
• Documentation & Coordination: Work with vendors/internal teams and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5–8 years in IT Applications, Infrastructure, or Network Support.
• Core Systems:
• Oracle: Experience with Oracle EBS, Fusion, or Oracle Database.
• Google: Experience with Google Workspace (Admin Console) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• OS & Hardware: Good understanding of Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Networking:
  Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Process & Tools:
  Knowledge of ITIL practices and ITSM tools ( ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy).

Preferred Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or a related field.
• Certifications:
  Oracle, Google, Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), or Cloud certifications.
