The role focuses on the end-to-end management and technical support of critical banking platforms, specifically Mobile App and Branch Teller Systems. The core responsibility involves ensuring the seamless operation of these applications and their various interfaced systems. This includes leading incident management and troubleshooting efforts by following established SOPs to resolve production issues efficiently.
Beyond day-to-day support, the position is deeply involved in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Key tasks include conducting feasibility studies, performing detailed user requirement analysis, and designing technical solutions that align with business needs. The role acts as a vital bridge between stakeholders, coordinating with the PMO, SMEs, and end-users to translate complex requirements into functional specifications.
Furthermore, the role demands strong organizational skills to plan and control resources for application development. By combining technical development with strategic implementation, the position ensures that business applications remain robust, scalable, and well-supported within the production environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide support for native iOS (Swift) and hybrid Ionic mobile applications, ensuring seamless connectivity with backend APIs.
To ensure a seamless integration between your .NET/IIS web applications with Core Banking.
Manage source code and version control using GitLab, ensuring robust CI/CD pipelines for SIT, UAT, and Production deployments.
Support the end-to-end deployment process across SIT, UAT, Pre-prod, and Production environments for multi-stack applications (.NET, Java, iOS)
Supporting Mobile App and Branch Teller System related issues and related interfaced application systems.
Responsible for Mobile App and Branch Teller System application design and relevant interface design
To meet with user to understand the new URS or production issue; feedback and respond to their requested or concerned.
Performs system analysis, technical design and develop plans for system and business.
To ensures the changed and enhanced systems meet user functional requirement specifications.
To ensure all documentation, processes and methodologies used, system development and implementation as per Bank’s standards & methodologies.
To ensures stability, security and reliability of technical deliverables.
Provides technical assistance in Mobile App and Branch Teller System.
To co-ordinate, discuss and facilitate vendor on CR or production support issue.
Liaise with PMO/GITI/GITS/SME on fix/enhancement/projects.
Liaise with vendor on fix/enhancement/projects.
