Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for end users on ERP and CRM systems, providing Level 1 application support and user assistance.
• Receive, analyse, and log system issues or user requests, performing initial troubleshooting and resolving straightforward cases.
• Coordinate with external vendors and outsourced consultants by clearly communicating business requirements, issues, and expected outcomes.
• Gather enhancement requests from business users and work with internal stakeholders to document functional needs.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, assisting users during testing, and validating system changes before go-live.
• Monitor recurring issues and recommend improvements to system usage, processes, or workflows to enhance user experience.
• Maintain support documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for common issues.
• Ensure proper communication and alignment between business teams, IT, and vendors, while complying with internal IT policies, security standards, and change procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, with 1–3 years of experience in application or system support.
• Basic working knowledge of ERP systems and exposure to CRM platforms is advantageous.
• Familiarity with incident handling, user support processes, and simple business process documentation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate user needs into clear requirements for vendors, coupled with a customer-oriented and proactive mindset.
