  • Technical Ownership & Support Provide technical and functional support for the business glossary, semantic modeling tools, and our specialized AI technical terms mapping service. You will handle troubleshooting, bug analysis and actively contribute to software development (extensions, automations and new feature implementation).
  • Product Lifecycle & Innovation: Actively participate in the product lifecycle of the STEADY suite, shaping and optimizing services utilized by a significant, growing internal user base.
  • System Optimization: Optimize the application performance, underlying containerized infrastructure and the high-value data it contains.
  • Functional Analysis & Standards: Conduct thorough analyses of software application functionality to continuously improve data procedures, guidelines and data-governance standards.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Validate business data objects to ensure the absolute accuracy, integrity and completeness of our semantic networks.
  • Global Collaboration: Collaborate closely with international application stakeholders, product owners and engineering teams in an agile environment.
  • Quality Gates Plan, design, and execute comprehensive application tests to support smooth releases and rapid issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: proven experience in a similar technical application support, system specialist, or DevOps/Data Engineer role.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Big Data, Mathematics, Information Systems or a closely related quantitative field.
  • Core Data Knowledge: Strong conceptual understanding of data modeling, ontologies, taxonomies and enterprise business glossaries.
  • Semantic Web Stack: Practical experience with W3C semantic web standards and RDF Data Models (URIs, Triples, Graphs).
  • Modern Infrastructure: Practical experience with containerization and orchestration, specifically Kubernetes, for managing microservices.
  • Query Languages: Command of SPARQL and/or SQL, with a willingness to deepen your knowledge of semantic querying.
  • Programming Skills: Programming skills in Python, Java or JavaScript is a strong advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Highly structured, analytical, self-dependent, and customer-oriented mindset. You are open-minded, collaborative and possess a strong passion for continuous learning.
  • Languages: Fluent English, Polish (written and verbal) is required.
