Job Description

Job Title: IT Application Development and Support Division Manager
Industry: FMCG
Location: Bang Kapi, Bangkok 10240
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
Employment Type: Permanent

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced IT Application Development and Support Division Manager to oversee three teams: Application Development (System Analysts and Developers), Data Analysts, and Application Support. The successful candidate will manage SAP ERP and in-house application development, ensuring the performance, support, and upgrade of critical enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the development, support, and enhancement of SAP ERP, WMS, and MES systems.
  • Prioritize and oversee IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Define and manage technology architecture, focusing on core systems, data integration, and modern platforms.
  • Collaborate with functional heads to develop and implement business application roadmaps.
  • Ensure service levels are met through ITIL-aligned processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of SAP experience (FI, CO, MM, PP, SD).
  • At least 2 full SAP lifecycle implementations as Function Lead or Project Lead.
  • 8-10 years of experience in application development and data management, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in both Thai and English.
