
Responsible for designing, developing, testing, documenting, and supporting Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) applications. Troubleshoots and resolves application support issues in a timely and accurate fashion.
Note : There is one position available, and this position will be filled at one of four job grade levels: IT Application Developer I, job grade 6; IT Application Developer II, job grade 7; IT Application Developer III, job grade 9 or Senior IT Application Developer, job grade 10. This decision will be based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate and Tri-State business needs at the time of hire.

Hiring Salary Range: $109,000-$139,000

Hiring Salary Range: $98,000-$124,000
IT Application Developer II
Hiring Salary Range: $80,000-$99,000
IT Application Developer I
Hiring Salary Range: $72,000-$88,000
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary outside of the posted hiring salary range based upon work experience, education and/or skill level.

OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Education and Training:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent combination of education and/or experience (required)
CPA / Financial Background (preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial statements.
Ability to translate finance needs into technical Oracle EPM solutions.
Work collaboratively with Finance, Accounting, IT.
Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new technologies.
Familiarity with various software development methodologies.
Excellent communications skills, both oral and written with ability to explain complex issues in clear, concise, persuasive language.

Experience
Eight (8) years of progressive Oracle EPM applications support experience.
Senior level Oracle developer (EPM, ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS).
Accounting and Project Control experience.
Oracle Fusion ERP experience, preferred.
Experience with ASO/BSO cube design, metadata management, data integrations, SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, Smart View development, Financial/Narrative reporting development, and Management Reporting in EPM.
Other:
Willingness to travel as required. (Must possess a valid driver’s license.)

Note The above requirements describe the experience and education qualifications for the Senior IT Application Developer. Those with less experience will be hired at the I, II or III job grade level.
