The opportunity

We are looking for an Application Compliance Project Manager to support the definition, coordination, and execution of our global application compliance roadmap. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Global IT Compliance and act as a key interface between Business Solution Teams, Global IT Governance, IRM, ServiceNow, and delivery teams. If you enjoy enabling teams, coordinating cross‑functional activities, and contributing to a consistent governance approach across the organization, this opportunity is for you.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Support the definition and maintenance of the global application compliance roadmap

  • Translate compliance strategy and policy into an actionable delivery plan

  • Coordinate and guide application compliance activities across teams

  • Serve as the primary interface between Business Solution Teams and core IT

  • Drive consistent adoption of Application Lifecylce Management (ALM), Application Onboarding SOP and other compliance relevant instructions

  • Coordinate delivery efforts with Global IT Governance, IRM, ServiceNow, and other teams

  • Track progress, milestones, and cross‑team dependencies

  • Identify risks or misalignments and escalate when needed

Your background

  • Strong ITIL background with demonstrated expertise in application management processes and their compliance, risk, and control implications, including experience in IT/application compliance, assurance, or audit

  • Proven experience in Global IT Governance, enterprise risk management (IRM), and executing cross‑functional roadmaps across multiple stakeholders

  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow workflows and their use within governance, risk, and compliance processes

  • Excellent project, stakeholder, and committee coordination skills, with the ability to organize, drive alignment, and deliver outcomes
